  • Establish a Network Operations Centre (NOC) to provide proactive monitoring and support.
  • Implement live monitoring and alerting systems to identify and address potential issues promptly.

Rollout:

  • Develop heavy-duty stickers to mark managed devices for easy identification and branding.

Progress: Discussions with our design team and potential suppliers for the heavy-duty stickers are ongoing. We are working to finalize the design and identify suitable suppliers.
